Elizabeth Enget with Astute Admin Services has worked in operations/office management and conference facilitation for over 15 years. Her past work experience included overseeing all aspects of conference planning to completion, and was responsible for budgeting, purchasing, negotiating with service providers, meeting client’s expectations, and managing and supporting a team. Her current work as business owner of Astute Admin Services involves providing clients with administrative support such as meeting scheduling, contract maintenance, survey design, zoom meeting tech support, bookkeeping/payroll, and client communications to ensure operation efficiency and performance.

Elizabeth Skirving

Jeremy Rolfer with Spectrum Solutions has worked for Washington State government for the last 15 years. He has primarily worked as an IT Specialist focusing on the development of new strategies and IT procedures to increase efficiency, enhance workflow and improve customer satisfaction. He specializes in implementing network solutions, and technology-enabled services to help create a stronger, more collaborative healthcare system. He is currently the Systems Architect of Uncommon Solutions, Inc., a public health consultant and training firm based in Olympia, Washington.

Dr Kathy Burgoyne with KEB Consulting has over 40 years of successful leadership working at the intersection of multiple systems and communities to promote health and well-being  of communities, families and individuals who experience significant life difficulties.  She is passionate about promoting authentic community engagement, ensuring that those most impacted by social challenges participate in designing and implementing solutions and are a part of the system that produces outcomes. She was Senior Director of Applied Research and Community Health at Foundations for Healthy Generations. She earned her BS and MS from the University of Oregon and her PhD. From the University of Washington.

Ricardo Aguayo earned his BA from the University of Washington and his MS in Project Management from City University of Seattle. He has worked the last seven years in state government and community healthcare. He specializes in providing expertise around project management, health informatics, quality improvement & health system integration. Some of his work has included overseeing projects between Sea Mar & MultiCare centered around care coordination, behavioral health integration and electronic health record conversions.  

Meg O’Leary, MBA with Winnow is a spirited organizer and experienced communications professional. She is respected for her ability to curate conversations that uncover possibilities, tap into our collective creativity, and generate shared value. She brings over 18 years’ experience managing public involvement and facilitating stakeholder dialogue across multiple disciplines including urban planning, active transportation, renewable energy, salmon habitat recovery, and health care. Meg was founder and lead organizer of the first, independently produced TEDxOlympia. Over 900 people gathered for the sold-out event, participating in a full day of ideas, deep inquiry, and connection. More recently, Meg co-hosted Inhale / Exhale, a community confluence of stories and ideas about death and dying. The day-long event created space to ask what is possible for end-of-life care in the South Sound community. Meg is currently co-facilitating with Vic Colman the legislatively mandated Problem Gambling Task Force managed by the Washington State Health Care Authority

Yvette Branch with SSBranch Consulting has more than 10 year’s experience in healthcare delivery system reform and transformation. Her experience spans the healthcare continuum, working in acute care, ACO and payor settings. She is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with Design Thinking and Agile/Scrum skills. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Texas at Austin.
